The Truro & District Lions Club are having Paint Night Monday, April 13th at 1100 Prince Street, Truro from 6pm to 8pm.  The cost is $35 per person, all supplies included.  Take home your own 16” x 20” rendition a gorgeous dragonfly painting.  Minimum of 10 registrants.  Register by Monday, April 6th by emailing vesta_777@hotmail.com.  Canteen available.

The Goodtime Seniors' Dance Club have a dance every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at the Truro Legion on Brunswick Street.  Admission is $10, 50/50 tickets. A 5-piece band playing waltzes, fox trots, polkas, jives, waltz quadrilles and country/modern singing.  No canteen service available but you can bring your own water. Lasagna Supper & Jam Session at the Debert Legion Branch 106, 1252 Masstown Road, Debert on Saturday, March 14th from 4:30 to 6pm, Jam from 6-8pm.  The cost is $25 per person. Tickets sold at the bar in advance.  Walk-ins while quantities last.  All proceeds to the Legion Roof campaign.

Stellarton Legion Dance, 140 MacKay Street, featuring the band “Reckless” on Saturday, March 14th. Music starts at 8pm and runs until 12 midnight. Admission is $15 per person. Tickets are on sale at the Legion.

Public Skating at the West Colchester United Arena, 1089 Masstown Road, Debert on Sunday, March 15th from 4pm to 5:45pm. The cost is $5 per person and $10 per family.  Enter on the side of the rink, open skate, no sticks or pucks, 50/50.  All proceeds going to the Debert Legion Branch  106 Roof Campaign.

The Truro & District Lions Club are having their Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, March 28th at 1100 Prince Street, Truro from 8am to 1pm.  They will be serving pancakes, baked beans, sausages, toast, juice and tea or coffee.  The cost is $10 and for 4-12 - $8 and under 4 are free.
