Goodtime Seniors’ Dance Club Every Tuesday Night
The Goodtime Seniors’ Dance Club have a dance every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at the Truro Legion on Brunswick Street. Admission is $10, 50/50 tickets. A 5-piece band playing waltzes, fox trots, polkas, jives, waltz quadrilles and country/modern singing. No canteen service available but you can bring your own water. Open to all ages! Image Makers Photography Club meet fourth Wednesday of the month
Image Makers Photography Club meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month at Community United Church, 250 Brunswick Street, Truro from 7pm - 9pm. Dues will be collected $20 per single member and $25 for family. There will be a business meeting outlining upcoming meetings and any member ONLY events. Fall Craft Sale at the Enfield Volunteer Fire Department
Fall Craft Sale at the Enfield Volunteer Fire Department, 273 Highway 2, Enfield (across from the Esso) from 9am to 2pm on Saturday, October 17th. Admission is by free will. The Public Health Mobile Unit is holding an Immunization Clinic for all ages on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shubenacadie Wildlife Park, 149 Creighton Road, in Shubenacadie. The vaccines being offered are the Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) and Varicella vaccines, Tetanus/Diphtheria and whooping cough vaccine and to those eligible, the Shingles, Pneumonia, and Adult RSV vaccines. Salvation Army Truro Corps are Celebrating their 140th Anniversary from Friday, October 16th to Sunday, October 18th. Their guest speaker will be Chief Secretary Colonel Margaret McLeod. On Friday evening come for a Gospel Concert at 7:00PM and on Saturday evening there will be a dinner at 6:00PM.
