The Lotus Centre 5th Annual Outdoor Women’s Artisan Fair

The Lotus Centre (The Women's Resource Centre in Truro) are hosting their 5th Annual Outdoor Women's Artisan Fair on Saturday, Sept 6th from 9am to 1pm at 67 Dominion Street. An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until June 24, 2026

The Goodtime Seniors' Dance Club have a dance every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at the Truro Legion on Brunswick Street.  Admission is $10, 50/50 tickets. A 5-piece band playing waltzes, fox trots, polkas, jives, waltz quadrilles and country/modern singing.  No canteen service available but you can bring your own water. Canada’s Longest Running Country Music Jamboree

Canada's Longest Running Country Music Jamboree at the Nine Mile River Community Centre, 7160 Hwy, 14, Nine Mile River on Sunday, September from  2pm to 4:30pm.  Host band is Highway 14, along with a variety of performers. Adults $10, 12 and under $5. There will be 50/50 and canteen services.  Proceeds for the Community Hall Operating Expenses
