Maitland and District Fire Dept, 8802 Highway 215 in Maitland, would like to welcome their brand new pumper to their fleet. Engine 511 will help modernize the fleet, giving them better firefighting capabilities and a safer truck to work with.  There will be an official unveiling at the Maitland Fire Dept Fun Days on Saturday, June 20 from 10am to 2pm. Lots of events for all ages; barbecue, cake walk, dime auction, children’s firefighter challenge and maybe more.  This is one of their main fundraisers for the Department.
